Tell us about your journey as a starving artist and what kept you inspired?
The desire to learn as much as I could, knowing that it’s the journey, not the destination.
What is the number one piece of advice you would give to anyone who has a dream and wants to accomplish it?
Monitor your thoughts. Our reality is a reflection of our thoughts. Say affirmations every day and study something every day, even for 10 minutes. Whatever you’re passionate about, that’s what you’re supposed to do. Your passion is your purpose. Don’t do what you think you should do. Do what makes you happier than anything.
What kind of mistakes did you make that could be a lesson to all of us?
Hmmmmm...wait 2 days to send a business email or text that could come off as angry. I guarantee your delivery will change after a few days. Never send anything for business based on your emotions.
What does it mean to you that if you are not scared, you are not dreaming big enough?
My mom used to say that to me, haha. It’s very true! The things that you’re scared to do are your calling. If you get butterflies, it means you’re on the right track. And if it was easy, everyone would do it, right?
How did you become inspired to live a healthy lifestyle?
By getting very, very sick. Fibrotic tumors, endometriosis and fibromyalgia. Doctors weren’t helping me, they just kept me coming back for business.
How did you learn about E3Live and what have been your results?
Through a friend. I remember the first time I had
E3Live. It felt like warrior juice and I could do anything.
Which E3Live products do you take and why do you use them?
What's your go-to healthy meal?
Protein shake, with all the superfoods including
E3Live.
Top 5 health and fitness tips
Meditate.
Workout, even for 10 minutes a day.
Stretch when you’re watching tutorials or winding down.
Carry a huge bottle of water that can hold almost 3 liters, so you make sure you drink water throughout the day and don’t have to keep going back.
What's next for you?
My side project called Akylla Soul where I play almost everything live in my songs to get a “soul feeling.”
