ingredients:
1 cup organic orange juice
1 frozen organic banana
1/2 organic apple
1/2 cup kale
3 tbsp hemp seeds
A dash of Cinnamon
1 tsp almond butter
1 serving E3AFA

topping ingredients:
shredded coconut & a dash of
Turmeric

Blend ingredients to desired consistency. Sprinkle toppings.
