Coconut Yoghurt Pops. Lemon Myrtle. Blue Majik.
Yields 4-5 popsicles
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup soaked macadamia or cashew nuts (or other nuts of your choice)
1/4 cup coconut water to blend, if needed
Flavouring Ingredients:
2-4 drops lemon myrtle essential oil
1 tablespoon fermented brown rice syrup
5-10 drops Stevia
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon
Blue Majik Powder
Preparation:
Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy (adding coconut water if needed to assist with blending). Pour into silicon popsicle molds and freeze until set.
