sweet green smoothie

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup pear (or fruit of choice)
1 cup non-dairy milk (almond, soy)
1-2 dates (or sweetener of choice)
2 large handfuls of spinach
2-3 tablespoons of your favorite fresh-frozen E3Live superfood (thawed)

Blend all together until you have a bright green smoothie. Makes 3-4 cups.
