omega 3-6-9 smoothie / from E3Live

E3Live omega 3-6-9 smoothie

1/2 c hazelnut milk, or any nut milk
1/2 c spring water
1 small banana
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
5 medium strawberries
Handful of fresh cut pea shoots, or sunflower greens, or buckwheat greens
1 Tablespoon Barlean's Organic Flax Oil (provides about 2600 mg of Omega 3, 6, and 9)
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Place all in blender and blend till smooth. This is a wonderful smoothie that delivers oils essential to good health, and protein through vibrant greens also rich in chlorophyll. Adding oils to your smoothie creates a creamy rich texture and dilutes the strength of the 'green taste'. Especially nice for children or those that are finicky in tasting chlorophyll rich foods!
