transitional smoothie
2 frozen bananas (or regular bananas and add ice)
1 oz E3Live
1 cup pure water
1 cup nut milk, or organic rice milk, or organic oat milk
3 tbs organic cocoa powder
Optional: sweetener of your choice to taste
Optional: 2 oz pomegranate or other concentrated pure juice
