almond nut milk

2 cups almonds in water (not tap water), soak overnight

Next morning rinse well, then add 3 cups of water (not tap water).
Place all in blender and mix on high speed 2-3 minutes until smooth and no large pieces.
Pour into cheesecloth bag or our reusable Nut Milk and Sprouting Bag and squeeze milk into container.
Discard pulp, or use as a base for seed cheese.
