Holiday Shipping 2018
During the peak holiday season, we adjust our shipping schedules. To get your fresh frozen in time before Christmas, you must place your order before Dec. 18th with Standard shipping.  E3Live is not able to ship your smile box on  Nov. 22nd or 23rd, or Dec. 24th or 25th, nor can we ship on Dec. 31st or Jan. 1st. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and wish you the best this holiday season.

SALES TAX: We have Nexus in the following states and therefore are required to charge sales tax: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, UT, WA, and WI. 

P.O. BOXES:   If USPS is available for your order, it will be listed as a shipping option during checkout.

Shipping & Handling Information

To ensure that your frozen smile box is packaged with the utmost attention, your order may take up to 5 business days to arrive to you from the time your order is placed. Frozen is sent on FedEx with a 2-day transit time, limiting the available shipping days to Monday,Tuesday, and Wednesday (unless you request overnight delivery). Dry orders will arrive to you within 5 to 7 business days.
