What are Green Points?
This is our online frequent shopper program, you can earn Green Points and then redeem them
in Your Account area for a Gift Certificate that may be used in our online store. Green Points may only be
earned on retail products, with the exception of Soaps, t-shirts, Nutmilk/Sprouting Bag, items already on sale/on quantity discount (3-packs, 6-packs, discounted sets/packs, or similar), or shipping/handling/GST costs.
Green Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you already have an online account, just sign into it via the "Your Account"
button at the top of this page, if you do not have an account yet, you may
create one when you place your first online order. Once you login to your
account—you can check your Green Points total and also redeem them.
How do I earn Green Points?
You can earn Green Points
by making purchases in our online store.
Making Purchases — When you purchase products online, you will earn 1 Green Point for every dollar that you
spend. When you accrue 100 points or more, you may then redeem the points for a
Gift Certificate for our online store, 100 points would equal a $10 Gift
Certificate, 140 points would equal a $14 Gift Certificate and so on. You may use
up to 300 points (up to $30) on each order at one time, points cannot be used
towards shipping costs.
How do I redeem my Green Points?
Points may be redeemed once more than 100 have been accrued —
Once your points total exceeds 100, you may easily exchange these for a $10 (or
more) gift certificate. 100 points would equal a $10 Gift Certificate, 140 points
would equal a $14 Gift Certificate, and so on. To do this, Go to Your Account page at
the top of this website (if you are not already logged in
you will be presented with a login screen, and you will need to enter your email and
password before continuing), there you will see your Green Points total at the top right. Click the button that
says "redeem" once you have 100 points or more. The gift certificate will arrive instantly via e-mail.
Using the Gift Certificate — The entry point for your gift-certificate
is found on the check-out page. There is a box labeled "Gift Certificate/Green Point GC".
Enter the entire gift certificate number in this box and our system will automatically subtract its amount
from your purchase. Any remaining balance due to E3Live may then be paid via one of the other payment methods. You may use up to 300 points (up to $30) on each order at one time, points
cannot be used towards shipping/handling/GST/tax costs. Green Points Gift Certificates are good for up to 1 year from the redemption date. If your Green Points gift certificate amount is larger than your purchase, the remaining gift certificate balance will still be good to use on another order as long as it is before the expiration date.
Do my Green Points ever expire?
Yes — Green Points would expire 60 days from your last order at midnight on the date of expiration, but if you redeem them prior to this, then you have up to a year to use them. To avoid expiration, redeem them before the 60 days are up (points turn into gift certificates when you redeem them). Green Points Gift Certificates are good for up to 1 year from the redemption date. You may enter a gift certificate (one per order) during checkout at www.e3live.com and it will deduct the amount from your total.
Can I use my Green Points towards shipping costs?
No — gift certificates obtained by using Green Points
may only be used towards product costs.
Is there a limit on how many Green Points I can use at a time?
You may use up to 300 Green Points (for a gift certificate up to $30 in value) on each order you place towards your
total (not including shipping costs)
How do I know how many Green Points I have right now?
Go to Your Account page at the top of this website (if you are not already logged in
you will be presented with a login screen, and you will need to enter your email and
password before continuing), there you will see your Green Points total at the top right.
