How do I place an order?
To place an order online, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply click on the shopping basket icon on its individual product page. You may change quantities in your shopping cart by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate' button. To remove an item, simply click the delete button. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button. Once in the checkout area - enter your information as directed.

Is shopping online safe?
We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server. And we will not release any of this information to any third party.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, American Express, and E3Live online store gift certificates.
Is there any sales tax?
We have Nexus in the following states and therefore are required to charge sales tax: WI, IL, PA, MI, CO, NC, TX, AZ, MA, CT, FL, GA, CA, NY, NJ, OH, ID, KY, UT, WA.
What are your shipping rates?
To learn about our shipping rates please visit our Shipping Info page. You can also add items to your cart, click Checkout, and proceed through step 2 of the checkout to see your shipping rates for a particular order.
Can I ship to Alaska/Hawaii?
We gladly ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. If ordering frozen product, choose 1-day shipping. If ordering dry product, choose 2-day shipping. Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to international destinations?

How do I send a gift to another address?
To send to a different address, simply select "or enter a new address" in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address.
I need to ship these to two different addresses. Can I combine them into one order to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, shipping is charged per package, so all orders going to a separate address must be placed separately and shipping must be charged for each one.
Can I ship to an APO/FPO?
We can ship dry products to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail service. Please call 541-273-2212 to place an order to an APO/FPO address.
How do I use a gift certificate?
The entry point for your gift-certificate is found on the shopping cart page. Please enter your code into the "gift card" box and the gift card will be used, either for the full order amount or in combination with a credit card, to pay for the order.
We unfortunately may not do this retroactively, so please follow these instructions thoroughly and email us if there are still problems before completing your order!
I don't like ordering online. Can I order by phone or pay by check/money order?
