I tried E3 BrainON capsules, which contain AFA,Vitamin K and Vitamin A and then decided to go back to just E3 AFA without the Vitamin A, as I was getting it from other sources. The E3 AFA is amazing, but decide whether to take it on its own or not before using this product.

My problem with the crystal flakes is they go all over the place when you are spooning it out. I will order the capsules instead. The flakes make a real mess, as they are so light, they float around. They also seem to stick to the bottom of my measuring spoon from static electricity, so when I pull it out of the bottle, more flakes go all over the place.
