"Transitional" E3Live™ Smoothies
2 frozen bananas (or regular bananas and add ice)
1 oz E3Live™
1 cup pure water
1 cup nut milk, or organic rice milk, or organic oat milk
3 tbs organic cocoa powder
2 tbs unsulphured molasses or agave syrup, or honey
Optional: 2 oz pomegranate or other concentrated pure juice
This is an excellent recipe, and does not look "green." Make it for your children or family and talk about advantages of healthy foods often, and what they are. After they have been drinking this for awhile, let them help you make this. You can gradually change and adapt ingredients, leading to more green color showing, maintaining good taste, and hopefully, they, too, will change their awareness and diet to a healthier level!
