E3liveŽ smoothie
1 cup water (for low calorie), or 1 cup fresh almond milk (for protein)
2 bananas
1/2 cup frozen fruit, any kind (optional if you want a cold, frozen smoothie)
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbs E3LiveŽ, or 2-6 capsules of E3AFA, or 1-3 tsp of E3AFA crystal flakes
Mix all in a blender and enjoy!
