E3Live™ Power Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
1/4 cup of cashew nuts
1/2 avacado
1 tbs flax oil
1/4 water
1 tbs E3Live™ fresh frozen liquid, or flake powder
Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly until cashew nuts are completely blended. Enjoy! This is a thick, nourishing smoothie that will stay with you for hours.
