NEW Eco-Friendly Packaging Choice —
Choose Economical or Eco-Friendly
Beginning July 1, 2012, we will be introducing new packaging options for our frozen products. After listening to your feedback, we want to bring you the most economical shipping AND also offer an eco-friendly choice. As a result, we will be providing 2 different packaging options:

1. ECONOMICAL PACKAGING - 2 DAY SHIPPING*: We will send your frozen product in Polyfoam packaging. This packaging is extremely lightweight with superior insulation, requiring fewer ice packs.

2. ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING - OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ONLY*: Our Green Cell packaging material is biodegradable and earth friendly, however it is not as well insulated as the Polyfoam packaging. Therefore, Green Cell packaging will only be available with overnight shipping (must indicate eco-friendly packaging during checkout and must also choose Overnight shipping). Overnight shipping charges will apply.

*You will automatically receive Economical Packaging for 2 Day and also for Overnight shipping (unless you type a note during checkout that you want Eco-Friendly Packaging for the Overnight shipment).

U.S. Orders —
Shipping & Handling Information
All dry product orders received on a business day by 12 noon (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will go out the next business day. Orders that include frozen items ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Orders for frozen products received after 12 noon (PST) on Wednesday will be processed for shipping the following Monday. Frozen orders may ship on Thursday if shipping overnight (extra fees apply). Please see Shipping & Handling Pricing Tables section below. Orders of $500 or more will require a signature and will also have an additional fee of $2.75 added to the shipping cost.

Canadian Orders —
Shipping & Handling Information
All Canadian orders ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Orders received by Fri will ship on the following Monday. Frozen items shipping to Canada include International Priority shipping and handling. Frozen goods shipping to Canada may take 2-3 days (or more) depending on custom delays. All Canadian orders require a $15 brokerage fee (will be added to your shipping cost on the invoice).Please see Canadian Shipping & Handling Pricing Tables section below.

All frozen items have non-refundable shipping included in the price. Dry goods shipping varies depending on the number of bottles ordered.

Other Shipping Information

Time in Transit
Ground delivery times are seven to ten days, depending on location. FedEx's second day service delivers Monday to Friday. Ground service delivers Tuesday to Saturday.

Alaska & Hawaii
Orders with frozen items will ship via FedEx 1-Day Service (aka Overnight), but will usually take 2 days to arrive. Orders with only dry products will ship via FedEx 2-Day Service, but will usually take 3 days to arrive.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO shipping
We are only able to ship via US Mail to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs. Please call in your order if you wish to ship this way. We cannot ship frozen products to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.

International Credit Cards
Orders that are being paid for using an international credit card will be held for 5 business days before shipping.

Small bottles are: 50gm, 100gm (powder or flake) and 30ct, 60ct & 120ct (capsules). Large bottles are: 355gm, 460gm (powder or flake) and 240ct, 300ct & 500ct (capsules). All other items not mentioned are considered to be a small bottle for shipping purposes. 1-Day shipping is also known as Overnight, in our shipping tables they are the same.
