Dry Product — Shipping Information
All dry product orders received on a business day by 12 noon (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will go out the next business day.

Frozen Product — Shipping Information
Orders that include frozen items will ship via 1-day or 2-day service; ground shipping cannot be used for frozen items. The package price for frozen items includes the cost of 2-day shipping; 1-day is an additional fee.

Frozen items are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only when shipped via 2-day. Orders for frozen products received after 12 noon (PST) on Wednesday will be processed for shipping the following Monday. Frozen items may ship on Thursday if shipped via 1-day and received before 12 noon (PST) on Thursday.

Dry Product — US Shipping Pricing Information
Our US shipping prices for dry products via FedEx Ground Continental US are as follows:

  • Dry product total $100.00 or less, flat rate shipping fee of $5.00
  • Dry Product total between $101.00 and $200, flat rate shipping fee of $6.00
  • Dry Product total between $201.00 and $299.00, flat rate shipping fee of $7.00
  • Dry product total over $300.00 FREE Shipping!
  • Frozen items - 2-day shipping included in price; 1-day shipping is an additional charge

    Other Shipping Information
    Time in Transit

    Ground delivery times are one to six days, depending on location. The map on this page provides an estimate of days in transit for Fedex Ground. FedEx's second day service delivers Monday to Friday. Ground service delivers Tuesday to Saturday.

    Shipping Included

    Dry Product orders of $300 or more within the contiguous United States qualify for subsidized ground shipping.

    Alaska & Hawaii

    Orders with frozen items will ship via FedEx 1-Day Service, but will usually take 2 days to arrive. Orders with only dry products will ship via FedEx 2-Day Service, but will usually take 3 days to arrive.

    PO Boxes and APO/FPO shipping

    We are only able to ship via US Mail to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs. Please call in your order if you wish to ship this way. We cannot ship frozen products to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.

    International Credit Cards

    Orders that are being paid for using an international credit card will be held for 72 business hours before shipping.
