We invite you to join our free E3Live Web Affiliate program so you may earn commissions on the U.S. sales you refer from your website, blog, e-newsletter, social media or other online page. We offer this program in lieu of link exchanges so you will receive credit for the traffic you send to us. This is not a multi-level marketing program, it is only two tiers, no further. There is no obligation or fee - more details below.

Please only submit your information once -- after we receive your initial application it will be under review. Signing up multiple times will delay the processing of your affiliate application. You will usually hear back from us the same business day, but it may take up to 2 business days. At the present time, we are only able to accept Web Program participants from the United States & Canada. Canadian Affiliates need to bear in mind that we can only process orders to the USA via our website, and only online orders to the USA can be tracked for commissions via this Web Program.

Note: The signup page will ask for a Tax ID Number - for an individual - this is your SS#. The signup page is a secure page (https), but if wish to enter placeholder numbers (111-11-1111) for signup then do so, just be sure to change it in your account once you are approved so we can process your commission checks. Once you are approved, just login into your account, go to the Personal Profile tab and there you can correct your Tax ID.

E3Live.Com Web Program Agreement/Terms
At present, we are only accepting Web Program participants from the United States & Canada (who have end-user clients based in the USA), this program only tracks commissions on U.S. online orders at this time. Submitting your application indicates you have read and agree to this and the following terms.

1) Term of the Agreement: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Web Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term, while your account was in good standing.

2) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

3) Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

4) Independent Investigation: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

5) Miscellaneous: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Oregon and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

6) Commissions & Banners: Commissions cannot be paid on refunded, cancelled, fraudulent orders, or orders from clients who are already under other existing affiliates. Commissions are also not paid on orders placed by the affiliate from their own affiliate link or second-tier links (i.e. "self-orders"). Commissions cannot be earned during an account suspension. E3Live® Affiliate banners are to be used on the website you indicate in the "URL" field in your Personal Profile (i.e. a website you own or your company owns), or on a page you can control the content of (i.e. a social networking page, blog, or other created page for example). Any affiliate creating E3Live pay per click online ads of any sort will be suspended and commissions will not be paid on this type of activity.

7) Canadian Affiliates: by signing up to this program, Canadian affiliates agree and understand that at this time, ONLY online sales to the USA will be tracked for commissions via this web affiliate program.
