To place an order online, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply click on the shopping basket icon on its individual product page. You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate' button. To remove an item, simply set its quantity to zero. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button. Once in the checkout area - enter your information as directed.

All dry product orders received on a business day by 12 noon (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will go out the next business day. Orders that include frozen items ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Orders for frozen products received after 12 noon (PST) on Wednesday will be processed for shipping the following Monday. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii need to be called in for an accurate shipping quote.

Dry Product orders $100 - $200, Shipping is $6.00

Dry Product orders $200 - $300, Shipping is $7.00

We gladly ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. If ordering frozen product, choose 1-day shipping. If ordering dry product, choose 2-day shipping. Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

To send to a different address, simply select "or enter a new address" in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address.

Unfortunately, shipping is charged per package, so all orders going to a separate address must be placed separately and shipping must be charged for each one. The total for EACH ORDER must be over $300 to take advantage of "Free Shipping Over $300."

We can ship dry products to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail service. Please call toll-free 888-800-7070 or 541-273-2212 to place an order to an APO/FPO address.

The entry point for your gift-certificate is found on the very first check-out page, where you are given an option of using a gift-certificate or credit card. Please select 'gift-certificate' and our system will automatically subtract its amount from your purchase. And allow you to place any amount remaining on a credit card of your choice.

We unfortunately may not do this retroactively, so please follow these instructions thoroughly and email us if there are still problems before completing your order!
