    i was a bit skeptical about these at first. but i do have to say, when i pulled a muscle in my neck, that the patches seemed to speed recovery. good value, too.

    These work great!! I was skeptical at first, but after trying them I am I firm believer in negative ions. Within a few hours I noticed a decrease in my back pain. I bought some for my parents and they noticed a decrease in pain the next day. They are well worth it!!
