I cannot evaluate this product on it's own. I feel so wonderful with the E3Live BrainOn, so I add 1 tbsp of the original and take the original in the evening. I put the liquid in ice cube trays, then put in ziplock bags. I wish they would come in a convenient way someday, if affordable to do so.
