I tried E3 BrainON capsules, which contain AFA,Vitamin K and Vitamin A and then decided to go back to just E3 AFA without the Vitamin A, as I was getting it from other sources. The E3 AFA is amazing, but decide whether to take it on its own or not before using this product.

I tried the capsules first because they looked 'easy' but they don't seem to offer any of the possible benefits it claims to offer - I'd rather stick with E3 Live.

I just starting using the liquid one just to try it out and I already know this is something that I'm going to take for a lifetime. When my body absorbed this for the first time I felt incredible, was able to focus very well, had more endurance during my workout,good mood &very good sleep. Great product!

I tried 2 bottles of this product and found it to be as good as taking the E3Live Brain On frozen supplement when taken with the E3Live regular frozen supplement.

Normally I do not notice much of a difference when taking products but with Brain-On, I can feel a great difference. My brain is clearer - the fog has lifted!! I am happier and calmer too. I will be ordering this product on a regular basis.

I have been giving this to my son since kindergarten, he is now in 8th grade and he has such a great memory and a 4.0 grade average. He claims to feel such great clarity when he takes this. It also helps him balance his hormones and day to day stresses with ease.

My problem with the crystal flakes is they go all over the place when you are spooning it out. I will order the capsules instead. The flakes make a real mess, as they are so light, they float around. They also seem to stick to the bottom of my measuring spoon from static electricity, so when I pull it out of the bottle, more flakes go all over the place.

Excellent product! I felt immediate response and mood elevation. Can't live without it! It, in combination with E3AFA capsules, snapped me out of a deep depression. I believe in it totally.
